Unfortunately the photos taken were very disappointing. The lighting all wrong, clarity and saturation of the photo development. What astonished me the most was that once developed did they not think that it was unacceptable? That the picture quality didnt seem right?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The photo quality was absolutely terrible, they made absolutely no effect to make the backdrop appealing and individual photos are blurred with no definition what so ever! I requested a refund or partial refund and they demanded the photos to be sent back. So basically its either keep the years preschool photos that look dated back to 1980 or send them back for the $80 refund it costed for a total of 3 photos. Terrible service all round. Looks like from reading other reviews that Im not the only one.

The presentation of the photos we ordered were unfortunately the only positive thing I can really say so far. Im so upset that we spend all this money with the expectation we get what we pay for, when in fact my photos could not have come back any more incorrect if you tried. At least we got a refund back on the not ONE BUT TWO children they forgot to take photos of. If our facility uses this group next year you best believe Ill be standing there watching them take a photo of each of my children. So disappointing, worst bit is it wasnt just my family, there are multiple others this year. I do believe they are fixing this issue which is another positive, but it doesnt change the fact my kids arent even in their class photos
