Purchased 2 ride on scrubber two months ago and one of the machine only works for 20 mins. Raised a warranty claim few weeks ago through supplier to no avail so far. Spoke to so many staff but never received a call back. Very poor service from a world's leading manufacturer?!

Very bad experience, dont buy Nilfisk. Bought Nilfisk SC250 a year ago, machine had a malfunction two months after purchasing, it stopped working with flashing lights. Got service repair from supplier, while it happened again and again every couple of weeks till now for a year. Nobody knows what the hell is wrong, frustrated.

Some time ago I purchased a Nilfisk SW250 Sweeper , as having had a 200 model which was very good , so I purchased the new model. What an enormous mistake !!!! firstly the main sweeper is a lot narrower than the previous model , hence does not pick up as much rubbish, secondly, the two rotating brushes at the front/ side I assume are designed to direct the rubbish toward the roller brush ! For all intents and purpose , they are completely useless, even after many hours wasted adjusting both the side and main brush , in an effort to make the machine more efficient was a waste of time. Also the main brush actually sweeps over some types of rubbish , including small / medium leaves, Finally I would suggest that anyone considering a NIlfisk Sweeper, I would take a close look at a Hako.

Made a special order for vacu bags after not being able to get them in the shop where I bought the vacuum Gurni vacuum bags never arrived for a unit that was purchased 6 months earlier Waited 3 months Took unit back and got a refund Was reasured the company still sells the units and bags so I could re ordere a new unit plus bags Placed an order 3 weeks ago Haven't heard a peep out of the retailer.
