Annandale Apartments

Very convenient accommodation with buses to Central, Martin Place, Leichhardt and Coogee so close that once I saw one coming from the window and ran out and got it! Also, very handy to lots of good food, several supermarkets, coffee and a nice walk down to the water in Glebe, plus a creek and some parks. Response time when I had a problem was good. Other residents keep to themselves and are friendly in the halls... one even helped me with bags when I moved in. Rooms are basic and common areas clean... that's all I want to pay so it works for me. Been here a few months during Covid-19 times.

Big building but surprisingly quite in the evenings and through out the night ,the surrounding offer many options for food there are a lot of awesome family owned Cafe's ,the real estate agent is very helpful when I had a few issues with my bathroom and my blinds ,they were very attentive and sorted out the problem in matter of a few days ,I'm overall pleased with my stay .

The location of the apartment block is perfect. It has one of the best cafes in Sydney on its doorstep, and transport is excellent. Theres buses right on the corner to the beach and the city (20 minutes to Central Station). Its a short walk to Parramatta Road in one direction or to Glebe Foreshore (and the Sydney light rail) in the other. I love the village vibe of Booth Street with its low-key pace while providing all the amenities you need, including some of the best pubs and cafes out. Theres also a range of supermarkets, the post office, bakeries, physiotherapist, pilates and yoga studios, plus even a plant nursery, and a locksmith (yes, Ive needed it twice) - all a stones throw distance. People here are super friendly and it also feels very safe - I often walk home late at night without any hassles.
