        Very disappointed with ITP Campelltown. I made a 3pm appointment and on arrival at 3pm they told me there was a problem that they pretty much gave my appointment away and asked if I would like to make another one. Will not be back.

        Id give minus 5 stars if I could. Took a tax return here for the financial year 16/17. The whole time I was there it felt rushed and hurried to try and get me out. Recently I received a letter from the ATO saying I had overclaimed $1900. Contacted this branch and was transferred to Liverpool as they are closed during off seasons. Was told that they had made a massive error on their end, they apologise and they were sending their staff member for retraining. Offered a free return for next year. Would not foot the bill they completely admitted 100% fault to. Raised the claim to fair trade but they couldnt do anything as I had signed a waiver and they arent obligated to contribute to payments, even being their mistake. You go to these places expecting a professional return done with no mistakes, instead they make a $1900 error, admit to it being 100% their fault but yet wont pay for their error. Be very wary going to these guys
