I cannot express enough how dissatisfied I am with this service provider, between the paediatrician not giving me the results of an ax- when she said she would call with the results and the receptionist not able to take a verbal message and pass it onto the paediatrician. I've been waiting nearly 10 weeks for the result of an ax, I have called several times and emailed to no avail. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. People come to paediatricians for help, and this is how families are treated? And evidently, nothing can be done about it - where's the justice in this?

Dr.kumar is a very good clinician and focus on child care and friendly too.

Im having a very very bad experience with them first I visited their paediatrician 6 months before from that time they are not treating me properly he is supposed to send me a report and referral but now Im not getting it in the meantime I visited their centre in oran park and Campbelltown twice every time they say tomorrow we will send it to your email then no email coming through Im stuck with my child's situation this is so terrible thing happening to me not recommending them wasting of time... Im giving them 000 star
