Paul was brilliant - no frills, just good honest work. I was skeptical going into the process (as I'd tried to purchase a property on my own before, mind you, that was a bit of a mistake - almost got a lemon!!!), however Paul and his team made it incredibly easy - not only in the assistance in finding good property for the first home buyer, but also with seasoned advice on the process, what to look out for, and most importantly what NOT to do. There are so many pitfalls with buying a home, especially if it's your first, but Paul is 100% worth his fee, if not for his experience but the negotiation stage makes his services practically free if you look at it long term. Highly recommended for first home buyers and seasoned investors alike!

We were unsure of whether we wanted an investment property or a new residential property. Paul spent a lot of time researching properties for both options, set us up with a broker once we decided what we wanted, and handled all negotiations with the vendor. This took a lot of the stress and guesswork out of the process for us. Paul and his team were absolutely outstanding and I would not hesitate to use him again. Not every market is a market for a Buying agent last year was challenging for buyers and so was it for Paul to help us. But when the market showed signs of changes in Jan, Paul pushed the door for us and battled through a complex situation (to the point where he is now clearly of the agents Xmas card list! - which is also what you want to see as a client: your interests are well protected), working around challenges and discussing proactively to suggest options and ways forward. We are confident we bought well and we bought a product that meets most of our key requirements; that is thanks to Pauls inoxydable thirst to deliver on his clients expectation. Having an experienced advisor by your side after another failed auction is also helping bouncing back and moving on to the next one.
