When l left my car for scratches they said it will be take around two week but it has already 3 week done and l am still waiting also when l called them today they said that will be take more one week but not certainty . They are over slow because of that I have to keep paying rental car as well . So disappointed . Update : Hi my rego number is ean78s. Thanks Update : I have texted them as they requested but no one answered also today give another call to mascot brunch they said hopefully will be ready this Friday I believed that they are mocking with me . I dropped my car here for rear bumper repair. They said it would be 1,5 week to fix it. But actually it is only 5 working days. They also provided me with free Uber after I dropped my car and when I collected my car as well

Places I appreciate: 1. not only fixed damaged part, but also fixed scratches on my door. 2. good quality of fix 3. good customer experience Places I feel speechless: 1. Since I saw in some comments they mentioned that you washed their cars, but not mine. Leave the car quite dirty inside and out, feeling little bit disappointed but that's fine. Cuz I guess washing is not a standard service included. 2. caused a little dent on another door, though I can understand this is caused during transfering to seven hills, just feel speechless. 3. not very fast turnover period. it takes 9 days to fix, comparing to my other repair experience, e.g., 1 day. 9 days is relatively longer than expected. Hope you can improve: 1. take more care of customers' be loved cars, looking into more details would be better. 2. turnover period, since customers already made an appointment 1 month earlier, once they're told they have to wait another 2 weeks they will fill a bit disappointed. Overall: good
