Had a couple of injuries that happened in a row and Kayla was so patient and helpful during my recovery! She did an incredible job and I cannot recommend enough - I recommend Kayla to everyone who needs physio support!

Great physio offering fantastic treatment and care. Absolutely recommend to anyone. Tore my calf muscle and Kang took me from barely getting along via zombie shuffle to moving pain free again. He was a really caring professional, with a great sense of humour (that for sure helped with the more painful moments of treatment). Kang really listened to my concerns and recovery/fitness goals and tailored and recovery plan to get me back up and running again.

Kayla was very knowledgeable and clearly explained all the exercises and why they were helpful. I healed up quickly and my movements are feeling better than before.

Kayla was absolutely amazing and I have already recommended her to some friends of mine in Sydney. She was extremely knowledgeable and easily understood my injury and how to treat it. I came in with a completely locked neck and she treated me with massage, needling, tape and exercises. Already the day after, my movement was 100 times better and a few days later its almost back to normal. I couldnt recommend anyone more. Ive seen a lot of physios through the years, and Kayla has been hands down the best one.
