Working with Eric and his team was a dream. It was easy, they were always on time and happy to help out with last minute requests. The signage looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the professional, timely and kind service we received. We got Eric to do LED lit internal and external signage along with custom decals on all our internal and external glass. I would happily recommend and work with Eric again. Thanks for your work bringing our Thermomix Sydney office to life!

It was a pleasure having Eric from Great City Signs produce our residential blocks signage, and we couldnt be more happier with the result. It has uplifted the entire exterior of the building, and having completed other building works, the sign provided for the modern finishing touch that we were seeking to achieve. Working with Eric was a smooth and straightforward process. He was always attentive to the particular design and colour choices we desired, while also providing great suggestions throughout. Poor customer service. Contacted Eric Horsfield who I'm assuming is the owner only to be provided with no respect and aggressive replies. After contacting Eric and providing our logo, we expected to be sent some designs and other details for the job. Unfortunately, we were given an email that had a poorly demonstrated design of our logo placed on top of our wall, which we sent for reference. It is surprising that after waiting 4 days for a reply this was what we received and in response I had hoped Eric would understand my concern and provide a better follow up email with more professionalism. Rather, Eric replies that he would insist on his initial email and states that "If you want me to be unprofessional; I will determine a size with no input from yourself." I believe this to be extremely unprofessional and although Eric has had some great designs and previous jobs this behaviour should not be acceptable in business.
