The "word of mouth" club is a complete waste of money. They don't answer the phone & they tell constant lies. I regret having to post this but i also don't want anyone else to go through the same issues.

I over filled my engine with oil and they fixed it same day. It cost a little extra for weekend rates, but did a good job.

WARNING, WARNING, ASIC HAS DE REGEGISTERED THIS COMPANY. BEWARE BEWARE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I doubt Michael is a qualified mechanic since the other partner left the now defunct company. He kept my car for over 40 days!... did not more than patch up a water hose, and I mean patch up. Tune up was not performed and even not a drop of oil was changed... The lies, were legendary. fathers illness, divorce from wife. After Nrma legal and Police were involved he reluctantly released my car after my demands where constantly ignored. Liar and cheat... Do not let me start on rip off loyalty system which is clearly a SCAM! Having said this it cost me $150 to get my car towed to another mechanic where he finished the job in two days having told me he had lost parts and placed a one way fuel valve incorrectly. This unconscionable Liar is worthy of an episode on Chanel 9s A Current Affair. 40 days for a overnight job.... the pain...the anguish...the lies...oh my god...... how did I get involved in this. Green Square automotive cannot even legally trade! AVOID REPORT... TELL EVERYONE.. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM.
