Don't believe anything they say, you're all stupid people to them, don't bother if anything goes wrong they'll find a reason to blame you. Poor service, staff aren't motivated, don't care about customers and can be barely bothered to move or care anything about you. Steer clear if want a good experience and customer support after purchase. Possibly the rudest golf shop in Sydney. Don't take any chances here. Thanks for helping me get my putter regripped and also for the new callaway driver. Took it for a spin on the weekend and it goes great! Thanks for all the advice. Such a great store with everything you need for golf.

Would give zero star if I could. After spend nearly $5k here. I came for a winter warmer sale as their e-mail marketing. But be careful of their policys can be change on the day not to give a discount to a member on the Sale event for the other items that not on sale which usually they could do about 5% discount. Discount is one thing but staff attitude is none, as they told me this is our policys today! Well, next week could be difference right? Good luck! House of golf or golf box could do the price match and the same discount. Only came here is it close to where I live but not anymore. 14/06/2023
