Delicious chocolates and outstanding customer service! Very responsive, very easy to communicate with and accommodating to your queries. The chocolates were sent and delivered fast and was untouched by the heat which was awesome considering it was really hot. Would recommend this company 100% and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Really disappointed, website claimed Valentine's gift will be delivered on the next day if ordered by 1pm on the day before. I ordered on 13th before 1pm and the gift still didn't get delivered on V day.. I wasted $50 really..

Poor and disgusting service!! Today I phoned them to make a complaint regarding their service. I spoke to the manager and was laughed at on the other end of the phone. They ruined a surprise that was for my husband for Valentines Day but yet laughed in my face whilst I complained about the holes in this business. Thank you Chocogram, you have a pathetic manager leading your company. GOOD LUCK. looks like Ill be going back to tastebuds and edible blooms. I regret taking the chance on your company.

I've used this company a few times already and they never disappoint! If ever there is a problem with the chocolates when received they are happy to send replacements or offer a voucher. Sales email team are also quick to respond to emails. Will definitely be using them again!
