Not happy with my mothers day order. I paid $135 for roses and they were small and did not look fresh. Very disappointed.

I bought these flowers for mothers day. See photo or what was advertised compared with what turned up. I understand that it's a natural product, and that differing stocks may be available at different times so naturally it will never look like the advertised image, but for $130 this is incredibly disappointing. I would caution everyone against ordering from Mr Roses and am probably unlikely to order flowers online again. I'd suggest getting flowers in store at your local to avoid getting an underwhelming dud like this.

Arrived super late in the day however appear to be reasonably decent, leaves have a few imperfections on them and not perfect hence the 4 star. Overall quality appears to be ok. For the price not sure about delivery and quality. May re order in the future if caught short. Ordered 6x Lillies

Ordered flowers for $89 flowers + same day delivery using a discount code. Advertised as before 5pm. I did not mind what time as long as it was before 5pm. Order never arrived and called to ask whats going on but couldnt get through. As the next day was a public holiday, did not hear anything. 48 hours later got a call from Mr Roses and he said that the flowers had withered and said if I wanted new flowers Id have to pay $30 as the ones I ordered were not worth delivering. I said that I thought this was ridiculous as they were not delivered before 5pm as advertised. The gentleman on the phone stated that delivery was attempted to which we never had anyone arrive and the business was open until 5pm. I asked if I could get a store credit for my purchase as I didnt want to pay another $30 and I will just re order from Mr Roses again as I understand these things happen and I will still purchase their product. The gentleman said no problem and we ended the call. A few hours later I received an email with a gift card for $40. I thought this was a mistake as I spent $69 on the flowers + $20 for deliver. Worst case, I understand not being reimbursed for the delivery (to which I still think the full $89 should be reimbursed as it was false advertising) but for the gentleman on the phone to not let me know I would be receiving any less than a credit for my full purchase value was a bit conniving. I emailed a week ago and followed up a few days later asking why I have received less than half my purchase to which I have had no response. I understand it is the delivery drivers fault but I would appreciate some better customer service and communication as i would like to give Mr Roses another chance to receive my business.
