        I have used these apartments for over year now for my regular Sydney trips. On the whole I have been happy with the rooms and service provided, with only one bad experience until today. This time the room was far smaller, the heavy table had to be moved against the bed so that the fridge door could be opened etc. When I queried the room I was informed that I had been upgraded on the previous occasion - they should have said occasions, 8 or 9 of them. I feel taken for granted.
