I cannot recommend Choices Flooring Alexandria enough. I just went through my first ever flooring renovation (switching from carpet to a hybrid plank) and Sandra guided me through every step of the way from product selection to the documents I would need for strata approval. She kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and right at the last minute managed to source a trim that matched my flooring choice perfectly. I am very grateful for her knowledge and patience and am so happy with the final result. Also a big thank you to Josh for doing the initial measure ups and to Nick for the installation.

I liked to thank Choice Flooring Alexandria for their outstanding customer service especially to Sandra for her patience. It took myself a few months to decide our changing our floor but Sandra helped me in the change and my new floor looks amazing !! Totally recommend thank you team and special thanks to the installers they never complained and finished the job as promised.

Sandra and the whole team at Choices Alexandria were very helpful and supportive to me when purchasing my new hybrid floating floor. Sandra felt like a warm, supportive friend during the selection process and technical concerns were all attended to by the team so I got the exact installation I was wishing for. Great range and very helpful staff. Sandra very patiently put up with our dragged out renovation process, and managed to squeeze us in for an install in the packed out December period. Very happy to move in to our gorgeous new carpets.
