So unprofessional. Paid $1650 to have a car brought from a dealership in Melbourne to me on the South Coast of NSW.They said it would take max 4 days. Didn't show up, no phone calls or emails. I had to get the dealership to contact them in which they gave me a 4 day window a week later in which they stood me up again. I have now been waiting for my car for 2 weeks and haven't had any contact from them. I had to contact them and found out the car is far from a priority still, and they didn't even apologise for the wait. I have called them several times now and they have said they will sort it out and call back. Still waiting on that call. do not trust the time frame they give you.

Refreshing to find a company with good customer service, they were very prompt and provided an affordable service. This was a relief after being messed around by so many others, thanks heaps!

I entrusted these guys to bring three vintage collector cars from Newcastle to Queanbeyan NSW. I also paid the total in advance as a gesture of trust & goodwill, something I now regret. I was told I'd receive the cars in "about a week". The first two cars arrived after 10 days or so. The third car arrived 3 weeks later amidst driving rain... with TWO windows down. When I asked the driver for a "please explain", he apologised, admitting they'd made no attempt to close the windows since the battery was flat and the windows were power-operated. I asked why they didn't at least call me to tell me of the issue and his response was "I didn't know it was going to rain". With half a cm of water now slushing about on the floor of the cabin, and with rust being the major enemy of these older cars, I was required to spend the rest of the day removing the carpets and drying the floorpan with a heat gun while drying out the carpets to avoid mould forming. At this point the steam emanating my ears was the least of my worries. I had just paid 55k for a meticulously-restored vehicle which was treated with disdain by these lazy, inconsiderate cowboys. At the time I resisted the temptation to purge my anger via Google, instead giving them the opportunity to make private reparations but I've heard nothing, hence this review.
