Our experience with this organisation has been nothing but positive. Our little guy's Key Worker, Ingrid, has been amazing. Our situation is a little different to others and she has been so helpful in helping us navigate the system. She is all over every aspect of his care and always considers what is in his best interest. Ingrid has also been pro-active in helping our little guy, in anticipation of some future changes which has taken a load off us.

Time wasters, getting multiple workers out on visits where the second "worker" just sits and doodles on the laptop. Nothing gets done on time. They had an NDIS report due in, took them 4 weeks, (they managed to get paid for the service which is the only thing they got right)the person that did the report ended up leaving and it wasn't picked up and we had to start from the beginning. Bear in mind sons on paliative care and time is valuable. If you value time, expertise, value for NDIS money these are the last people Id pick to have in control of my sons equipment. Absolute bottom of the rung.

Horrible, I don't think they have enough experience to deal with clients that are on the larger scale of complex. Left my son high and dry basically when they were supposed to be completing AT assessments for the NDIS review, it didn't happen so now he doesn't get the equipment he needs. They had 3 weeks to do this but when it came to the deadline the person left without doing any of it. A whole bunch of other stuff too which just irritates me and makes me too angry to write. I'd consider someone else when looking for support because they really don't give that at all. If I had to choose again they wouldn't be on the list and I want to give zero stars. Didn't want to rectify anything or reach out until I'd written this review was the only time they bothered getting in touch. It's all about money and that's it I believe, sod anyone who's going through a horrible illness.
