Well. Should have known when even the Bunnings staff said ''nightmare to deal with". I ordered a $3700 custom shed via Bunnings..after 10 week wait .it was delivered JUST before Covid hit so couldn't get it installed immediately. First, their engineering drawings DON'T match their description, even when I asked them to confirm and CORRECT them,they sent exactly the same thing. When the del7very bloke arrived, I eas charged $120.00 cash in hand by Endurashed ..mates deal..he lived in Bendigo and I didnt have anyone help unload. So, take off the truck, move 5 metres..10 minutes work.. cash in hand good deal I reckon. The driver made snide comment which I wont't repeat. Cinalky, get some vuys who can install the shed. It has a list of components, no assemy instructions AND 4 steel pieces not identified or listed. Call the support number. Its now Easyshed. After requesting, 3 times, they send a copy of the instructions..the support girl "Sandra' who obviously knew nothing but wouldn't admit it gave me wrong email support number, then switched the phone to "message" even tho they say support all day long. I tried live chat, telling her how upset I was..guys here trying to put shed together..she referred me to the GARDEN shed videos and ended the chat. She didn't even TRY to help. Absolutely HOPELESS. I should have listened to Bunnings customer service people. IMPOSSIBLE to deal with if anything goes wrong. They DON'T LISTEN OR FOLLOW THROUGH. Bunnings are going to try to fix this for me but I'm not hopefull. Services: Shed delivery to installation sites, Steel shed design & building
