Dr newsom is not good to see he won't hear u out and if u make a complaint about him . He cancels service with u and now I dont think ill be able to get my daughter meds . I'm going to wangarrata. If u want a doc from this clinic wait to see Dr Christie, I should have done that. Because now I can't even go on a wait list for him because I'm not allowed at that clinic.

What a pleasure it was to meet Dr Christie in October for management of my son who has a rare condition. I had felt nervous leading up to the appointment as my son was previously under the care of specialists at a childrens hospital, but from the moment I met Dr Christie I realised I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Dr Christie was honest, thorough and provided me with easy to understand explanations. Dr Christie spent time understanding our family social history and my sons journey from his birth up until the appointment. I felt supported during our appointment and I was reassured that Dr Christie had taken time to review my sons rare condition as well as the the medical history and correspondence provided by the interstate childrens hospital. I feel very confident in our plan for my son and Im very grateful for Dr Christies expertise. Reception staff have been lovely and helpful at every contact. They were quickly able to confirm that they have received transfer of care documents from the childrens hospital prior to the appointment. We will return to Dr Christie if needed and I will absolutely recommend him to friends and family.

Can never get it! When your child runs out of medication they can never help! Sometimes my son just needs a script! Staff dont update data when u call to cancel because of Covid so they charge u for their own staff incompetence!! Joke of a place

Incompetent and unreasonable front office. Doctors make prescription errors and then expect parents to pick up their slack. It's okay to email scripts during covid but not when the doctor makes an error. Go figure!
