        If I could give a zero I would the wodonga centre is absolutely disgusting the way the doctors treat the patients they refuse to even see them 2 hour wait with no one inside the place this is appalling Why have a booking system if you can't follow it The nurses are amazing and doing a good job but your doctors are letting you down

        It states on your website that this is a mixed billing practice. I simply tried to call up to gain further information on which doctors bulk bill. I was on hold for 1hr before I hung up. At the beginning of the call it stated I was the 4th caller which is why I was patient to wait 1hr on hold. If you struggle to manage your calls you should provide an option to leave a message or a callback feature. Or simply have the billing options of each doctor on your website.
