        We had our grand design house drawn up by Green Homes and they could not get basic things right like the eaves shading the Northern windows in summer. We had to pay to fit external blinds. The house was drawn to have no internal stairs and they could not build it without adding internal stairs and the internal staircase had to be scrapped and replaced with an unbugeted lift. There is only one downpipe on the main building with 25 squares of roof and when it rains heavily it overflows onto our external staircase. I can go on with numerous faults, quality issues and misunderstandings between the builder franchisee and Green homes the franchisor . DO NOT USE GREEN HOMES, THERE MUST BE BETTER BUILDERS OUT THERE. I cannot recommended them.
