        Kundalini Yoga is the mother of all Yoga's, it teaches you to go deep within to find your true self and power. Lucinda is the most amazing teacher, her kindness and warmth makes you feel comfortable and confident from the very first class. I have been studying Kundalini Yoga for about a year now and from classes each week to the workshops I have never felt more myself and powerful ( and beleive me the workshops work!!! ) I have met wonderful people whom I can call friends. It's amazing to be able to find your inner peace and path and with Lucinda's guidance and love you will be on your way.
