        Friendly and efficient but the almost $200 in hidden fees they call location fees is perceived to be really deceptive.

        They have several hidden costs. The location fee is the worst. It is 35% of the total cost. The per km fee quoted was 25 cents per km over 150km. During the booking they didn't tell me that I Will pay an additional "35 % location fee" on top of that. This makes the per km fee actually 33 cents per km. If they quoted me this price I would have gone with a different company as I knew I was going to travel over 1000km. My bill was more than $200 more than expected. So a friendly warning be careful of the hidden costs if you are going to travel a lot of km.
