        Poor customer service by the girl at the right teller around 1320 today, I was next in line, rather than notice me and ask to hang on a sec, she helped the teller next to her then went off to another area of the bank. A simple "sorry will be with you shortly" would have made all the difference. Luckily the gent that served me was great.

        People waiting 30 minutes or more for 1 teller. It didn't cross their minds to put on another teller. Staff fluffing around chatting to each other. Avoid this branch during lunch hour unless you have time on your hands

        I wish there is a zero star option! My previews experience with this bank not so much this branch is horrible! Hidden rate change without telling the customer. Silly monthly fees. Its all about making money with this bank. High interest rate on loan. You need to read the finest print because staff is not transparent when getting loans. I closed my account here years ago and never looked back and Im happy with my bank now.
