        We got our prescription glasses for our daughter this year from Woden Specsavers. Accidentally my daughter broke the frame. We took it to the Woden Specsaver to fix the damage and the staff who had initially ordered this glasses for us told us that they cannot get fixed & we need to order another new pair at our out of pocket ( wait time 4 weeks). We left hearing this info but came back 2 days later to re-order when we met the lovely Chris at the counter who explained that frames were within warranty cover and she could get the same one without any charges ( they would just fix the lenses back into new frames as there was no damage to the lenses.). This was welcome news and not what we were told earlier when we visited. Really thank Chris in explaining everything so well and getting our glasses back on track. Feedback -Please train all your staff about the warranty with the glasses/ frames so that customer's get the best outcome at the first time.
