Edited to add - we agreed on a time for quote and never showed up. When I followed up, received a rude response that I take too long to respond and to get someone else to quote. Very disappointed with this business. Extremely rude and terrible communication. Would not recommend based on the customer service alone!

Deck knockdown and rebuild - composite deck flooring, wire ballustrade, steel posts, aluminium timber-look slats for privacy screening. Zhong and his team are very efficient and professional. Reliable and always on time. They worked quickly and quietly. Adjustments were easily accommodated as the job progressed. Superb customer service. Great communication. Excellent quality and finish. Zhong and team were very professional, punctual and finished the job (decking & pergola) on time and his communication and responsiveness is highly commendable. The job was finished on time and we really liked the finishing and quality of work done. Even though it was a busy time before Christmas, once he committed to the timeline he sticked on to that ans delivered well before the deadline. A bunch of hard working professionals. Highly recommend to anyone who needs to get some experienced and quality profressionals for their decking and pergola.
