I was collecting a speciality part. They went above and beyond to find it for me. It was easy to find this place although although parking was extremely limited. The man that helped me was the friendliest and most helpful person Ive ever met. Totally recommend this business.

Such a nice guy there! Was on the hunt for a tricky to find part, and they rang all over to get it for me. Such excellent customer service. Capital Euro Parts will be my first port of call from now on and I'd recommend them to all my friends.

In the past I went in person to make an enquiry about having a part sourced through them. After a few calls back and forth I was told that I would hear from them the next day on if they could help me. Never received that phone call so I had to go elsewhere. To call up today about an unrelated enquiry and after asking if they had the part I was after I was instantly hung up on and then left to ring out after calling back. Will not be bothering with this business again.

Do not recommend - do not use this place. They quoted one amount to replace a clutch, then took it upon themselves to do other unauthorised works on the vehicle - without even quoting or letting us know costs involved. Charged over 50% more than original quote. Other issue was the quote was verbal so we had nothing in writing but this is beside the point. Manager is extremely rude, argumentative and there were so many issues with pricing & explanation of costs. Go elsewhere and read all reviews is all I can say - never again!
