        I can't thank the folks here enough. Broke down (blown radiator) in Yass and no mechanic in 100km would even look at it for several weeks. Jax said "just get it here and we can help." Sure enough, they had it diagnosed, parts ordered, and a game plan made within 2 hrs!!! They focus on the customer and my goodness, it shows in spades. Protect this business at all costs and give them your love and attention!!!!

        Driving from Sydney to Victoria, we blew a radiator near Yass. No mechanic within 50km would take an emergency booking, some were even rude about us calling. The first thing Sam at Jax in Mitchell said was of course we can help you, what do you need We were able to get to Mitchell where they could look at the car, find the problem and give us a quote within an hour, (which was very reasonable considering the problem). The staff and manager were so helpful and kind when we were having a very bad day, saying they are customer focused first Yep. They sure are. Give these guys your business.
