Steer clear of this business and at your own risk. Incompetent business owner, never returns calls, can't manage a simple purchase for a new seal. New Bike was in shop 5 times and still couldn't fix problem. Unprofessional and two faced weak. Owner happy to place blame to crossfire headquarters for leaking bike and bagging owner and his wife for dodgy practices, then say a full refund will be provided if problem continues, problem continues, then renege on refund. Still can't fix bike. Taking business elsewhere.

I spoke to Don five times on the phone over the course of two weeks, attempting to have some work done. They didn't show up and didn't call, I had to chase them. They are friendly, but do not seem to have a calendar or any kind pf organisational tools/skills. After the third time they ghosted me, I gave up and took my business elsewhere.

Visited there for my Ninja regular servicing. Great service and very fair price. Also managed to adjust my bike seat height. Really happy. Highly recommended

Got my Yamaha serviced here recently as I had heard good things and had a good online interaction with their mechanic Matt. They managed to fit me in quickly and did a great, inexpensive, and super fast job. Safe to say, I think I found my new mechanic!

Pretty useless when it comes to ordering in parts. Had to chase up phone calls three times over a period of a few weeks and always got told "We'll check and call you back". Never once called back, no indication any parts were ever ordered. Months have gone by now and we're taking all our business elsewhere.
