Auspost pull your service together and deliver goods to the door. I had an expensive bag left at my door and cheap goods delivered to Mitchell. 15 min drive, 30 min waiting in the line to get a cheap product. Third time in a row. Totally dissatisfied.

I wish i could give negetive rating. Before Australia post used left card in letter box instead knocking the door. But since i moved in the vicinity of Mitchell post office, i am not even getting parcel (we missed you) card. Last 9 times in a row i didnt receive parcel card, email or text that my parcel is at post office. Every time i had to check seller/shop's provided tracking number. When i complained about that they simple said its not possible. And ignored me completely.

They send my parcel to this place everytime instead of sending it to my home. I am at home when they are delivering. Everytime they deliver on Friday, so I have to pick up my parcel next week.

THIS IS BEYOND A JOKE, IF YOU HAVE PERMISSION TO LEAVE A PACKAGE, LEAVE IT!!! DO YOU JOB! Poor communication and organisation, INCOMPETENT staff! Difficult to deal with at the best of times
