        Quick installation done by an experienced team. The insulation has improved the warmth and comfort of the house greatly. I no longer need to use my ducted gas heating. On a really cold day, we only run portable heaters for a short amount of time.

        Good sales team that went through the insulation options in detail, great install team that were very professional. Had a minor issue with an electrical circuit not working after the install (only found out a few hours after the team had left) - had the sparkys out the next working day fix. No fuss.

        Had walls and floors insulated and will use this company again for my ceiling when the time comes for replacement. Very professional in all regards. We have noticed the difference in heating and cooling performance which was our goal. Update 2023: we had our ceiling insulation redone and when we had new windows installed, we used the Install Shield service. They came and checked that the insulation lost during window insulation had not opened up any insulation gaps in the walls around the windows. It hadn't - the window installation team actually said they love the Watson's products as they settle in well and don't move much. We're very happy with the Watson's team :)
