I came in with an ear infection (which I have been getting on a regular basis since I was a child), and I know the drill, get checked, and get antibiotics for 2-3 weeks. Instead, the doctor gave me antibiotics for 5 days. I rang on the 3rd day to ask if I could get more because I was running out. The receptionist said the doctor would send me a script message on my phone, but I didn't hear back from them. I rang on the 4th day, same again she'll send a script message via phone, again I didn't hear from them. 5th day I went to the doctors, the receptionist said my doctor wasn't there and I'd have to book another appointment with another doctor and pay the fee.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Aaron Nguyen. I do not recommend seeing him! I feel like he was not listening to my issues, he insisted on referring me to a doctor I did not want to see, and did not run any simple health checks, which in my opinion, at the time, were necessary (and also effortless).

Dr Clarke has been absolutely amazing. Her support for me and my family through what has been an extremely difficult time has been extraordinary. She is warm kind caring and a fantastic doctor. We are so grateful for all that Dr Clarke has done for us. Thank you
