Helena from the pathology today made my stress fly away. She is so good with teens like me stressed and getting their needles. But with her help I had the best experience at the Canberra hospital. Because I come from Wagga Wagga NSW you probably won't get as much luck as you can with Helena. She even offered to lay the chair back as well as the leg rest. Man I really felt like this was just going into a room having a general conversation and not worrying about the unpleasant scenes around you. If I could give 10 stars for this review this would be a definite yes. Thank you Helena for all your support today and hope to see you in nexts blood test. Kind regards. Will

Dear Midwives of the Hospital, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service provided during my partner's delivery. The facilities and the care given were simply superb, but what truly made the experience remarkable was the exceptional care provided by our midwife, Jen. From the moment we met Jen, we knew we were in good hands. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and caring throughout the entire process. Even though the labor lasted for an entire day, Jen remained focused and committed to ensuring a safe and smooth delivery. Jen's expertise and skill were evident from the moment she arrived. She made my partner feel comfortable and at ease during a challenging and emotional time. She communicated effectively and provided constant reassurance, which helped to alleviate our anxieties and fears. Throughout the labor and delivery, Jen was attentive to my partner's needs and provided excellent care. She was meticulous in her attention to detail, making sure that everything was done with precision and care. We felt incredibly honored and privileged to have Jen by our side during this life-changing experience. Overall, we cannot thank the midwives of the hospital enough for their exceptional care and service. But a special thank you goes to Jen for her remarkable expertise, skill, and care. She made such a difficult experience look easy, and we are forever grateful. Thank you again for everything.

Our grandchild arrived recently with the help of the wonderful birth centre midwives. I have nothing but praise for the care they provided before and during the birth and also in the weeks afterwards when most parents can feel a bit overwhelmed. I would not hesitate to recommend the Canberra Birth Centre to any prospective parent, but book in early as its insanely popular!

My wife had a scheduled appointment there today. They gave directions to the wrong building. Then the person on their end was late anyway. Then it went more than half an hour over the scheduled time. This messed up the day's plans for me, my wife, and basically everyone else who attended. And the silliest part is that the entire thing could have been either done online through a video chat, or recorded and downloaded by attendees. Overall everything they did was poorly planned and terribly executed, causing maximum inconvenience for everyone.
