My partner booked in an inspection at 6pm with Yubi Baral to view an apartment. We showed up at 6pm called 4 times with no anwser and waited for 20 minutes. He was a no show and wasted our time. Not very professional I would give this company 0 stars if it let me.

Yubi is truly exceptional. I met hime at my home for selling . that was focused on the Gungahlin area. I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with him since I was set on selling my Appartment and Im so thankful I did. Yubi is ALWAYS available for home tours. Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didnt pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I sold my first Appartment so it wasnt a straightforward deal. He told me that going in and highlighted the concerns they had and the research they wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and I wouldnt have to wait for a long time sell it He and his team did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents like what is a GF Number that you get when you are selling an Appartment. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. They really treat the situation like they are selling the property they look out for buyers and have your best interests in mind. Yubi will work with you to make your desires a reality. Yubi is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Yubi was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Their cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done and they did! Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. Ive already recommended him to two of my good friends. When I am looking to sell again I will not hesitate to call Yubi.
