        Thanks to Russell I have been pain free for years. Considering I have spinal degeneration and was in agony it is something just short of a miracle! Russell is a kind gentle and non-judgemental practitioner.

        Been a couple of times myself once after a snowboard accident and once after doing my back lifting heavy cabinets whilst moving house. Each time I'd been in crippling pain near unable to move and right after visiting I've had significantly less pain and 100% movement, a couple of days later I'm back to feeling 100%. Have also taken my mother there when she twisted her back getting out of the car when she came to visit me and she said she's never had a better treatment before in her life (she has had alot of physio and chiro previously and now she swears by Osteo).
