I put two school Skirts in to be altered my daughter tried one skirt on , the lady just put a couple pins in for a-bit of the skirt where we wanted it in one skirt only , she was not friendly from beginning but I did not know where else to go then we went and picked them up still not friendly my daughter tried them on and they were not the length we asked for she said its where the pins were but that was not correct due to it was still very long and not as short we ask for, she did not care at all All even try to help to fix the issue she had no care then it cost 60 dollars 30 dollars and took a week to do it too .. and it is not even done well, so disappointed in the whole experience . Poorest service I have ever received. The lady was very rude when I raised the issue she did to my silk top. She knew she stuffed up, e.g. cut too much material out so that not enough material to hold the seams together. Instead of trying to fix it, somehow she blamed me for being too fussy. I guess I should have seen the signs of her poor service when I dropped my shirt off, she was arguing with a customer regarding his alterations (was third time the guy brought back) Never ever returnedas every time I wore my silk top, it reminds me of the experience and makes me upset knowing my perfect brand new shirt was ruined I posted this so she can improve her service hopefully, and nobody should suffer from it.
