Our renovation experience with Maria was a pleasure, she listened to all our requirements and did a wonderful job guiding us through the process. Marias understanding of our needs and explanation of how best to utilise our space put us at ease throughout. We also made use of Marias interior design services, a decision that took so much stress out of our decision making.

Maria is everything we could have asked for in an architect. She is reliable and patient as well as being fun and easy to deal with. She has a deep knowledge of design and came up with so many good ideas for our plans. She is a Canberra local and knows what works and what doesnt work in our climate. She was able to take into account our budget, the type of house we wanted and its location to provide us plans we are so incredibly happy with. Thank you Maria and thank you Filardo Ercan.

The way our house is currently laid out doesn't work for us, and we really didn't know how to improve it, so we approached Filardo Ercan for some ideas. Maria listened to carefully to all the things that we wanted to change, and what we wanted to add to our house. We spoke about the ideas we had and we greatly appreciated her approach. Maria came up with a small, but elegant solution to our problems. While it won't change the footprint much, Maria's clever design will triple the amount of storage we have and greatly improve how we use and live in our house. We're getting close to starting work and I can't wait for the end result!
