Capital Psychology Clinic Garran

I was charged a full priced session on the basis that the psych I was seeing didnt see the benefit in Telehealth sessions and would refuse to provide this despite a positive Covid test. I have now been charged again for a session that I said I would be unlikely unable to attend within the policy timeframe as my psych did not offer the option of Telehealth and wouldnt be able to attend in person. Despite not actually confirming this appointment and suddenly the facilitation of Telehealth could be an option which I of course assumed would not be an option but suddenly would be? (understandably causing me confusion around the non negotiable charge for the other session). There is very little care to the individual with the team here and would highly recommend avoiding given the psychology provided barely meets par to equate for the lack of empathy in the other areas of the practice.

We have had a terrific experience with this clinic - from the psychologists themselves to the admin team, Emma in particular has been great to deal with. Assessment reports etc are very thorough. Highly recommend!

Emma and the front desk staff at Capital Pyschology are just fabulous. They are prompt with their communications and are always willing to help you out with any inquiry. Emma's gentle and calm nature, combined with her efficiency sets the tone for the fantastic service we have received from everyone at Capital Psychology. All the front desk staff are to be commended for their caring and proffesional manner.
