Hang Ups

If I could give this business more stars I absolutely would! After 5 years of patiently waiting, my mother finally got the chance to enter this years Easter show competition for her uniquely designed tapestry artwork, it was the first competition shes ever entered and she was overwhelmed with joy to find out that she had won a top major prize for it But this all almost didnt happen.. See we failed to get the artwork framed in an orderly fashion and we were running out of time! It was a week away before we had to submit the artwork all the way to the Sydney Showgrounds and we were worried that we wouldnt be able to find a place that would get the framing done in time for us! Luckily the first place I was led to was Hang Ups and we were pleasantly surprised to meet Deb at the front who was outrageously hilarious, witty and helpful and she instantly made us feel relaxed after some friendly banter Within 10-20 minutes Deb was able to show us an array of different options and helped us pick the perfect frame for the piece! And after learning about our strict timeframe Deb was quick to find us a solution by discussing with the staff if they were able to get the piece done as an urgent priority - which they did! The communication after purchase was fantastic as they were quick to get in touch with us when an issue did come up with the sizing of my mothers artwork compared to the frame but even then they managed to overcome the issue without adding any extra cost or any extra time on the delivery! Pricing was extremely fair and Deb even went out of her way to ensure we found an affordable frame that was in our price range! We didnt have to break the bank at all! All I can say is if youre looking for places in Canberra to get your framing done, I have no doubt in my mind that you will be satisfied by coming here. Thank you Deb & Mike for your wonderful showcase of hospitality! My mother & I will be back

Always great customer service and have been in business forever, so really know what they're doing. I've had numerous things framed with these guys and its always been a quality job. I had something framed years ago that fell off the wall within days of picking it up, it was my fault, I hadn't put the correct hook up for the weight of the picture, I finally decided I need to get the frame fixed (noting that its probably 10 years since it fell) and rather than fix it, they completely reframed it - free of charge! Highly recommend
