Commonwealth Bank Fyshwick Branch

This branch has a sign on the door stating that it is permanently closed, but no indication as to when this happened. The website states this, but the Google opening hours havent been updated - Dont expect to do any banking here.

The CBA group should be ashamed of this branch. On several occasions I have attempted to attend the Fyshwick Branch, parked my vehicle in the rather precarious designated customer parking area, collected all my belongings and walked to the front door, only to find the Branch is Closed for the Day. Come on guys, youre a huge Company that should be able to provide a service to customers both business and consumers on a daily basis, as do other banking business in the ACT area. If you are going to close your doors and not open for the day, then can I suggest a large sign be posted somewhere that is visible to all customers before they get out of their cars, or bother to go through the process of parking in the small area provided!

Old hag at the front counter refused to break my 100 dollar bill into 20s. I used their ATM paid the $7.50 fee and just wanted the bill broken down. Said there is a 10% fee since I was not a customer. Horrible customer service

Hands down the most useless branch. I spent 3 and a half hours of my day doing a simple account transfer. They had one staff member working who was moving at a sloths pace and a second who was still in training and didnt know how to do her job.
