We messaged him on a Friday and he was available by Tuesday. We availed of Nick's Building and Pest inspection services. We've read a lot of reports before but Nick's stands out the most. Highly recommend him if you're serious about buying a house. He does not "cut and paste" a report but actually analyses the extent of the damage. Would definitely consult him again and refer to family and friends.

Nick's professionalism in his work is outstanding, his reports are always detailed and provide plenty of photographic evidences, on top of that his website also provides insightful information on his works and background as a great architecture and Class-A Builder. Highly recommended for anyone who want a honest and detail building inspection.

I had Nick come along for an off-the-plan apartment pre-settlement inspection. Nick was exceptionally thorough and communicated precisely to the builder about the fixes needed. His report was very detailed, with plenty of photos. Would not hesitate recommend Nick to any buyer; great to have on your side and takes the stress out of an inspection.
