Thank you so much to the Kolak team for building our dream house! We love it!! A special thanks to Jason who was an amazing foreman on our project. Super friendly, kept in communication with us throughout the process, always prompt to answer questions and helped us along they way as this was our first time embarking on a build project. We are so happy with our home. Thanks to Gabe also who employs great staff, reliable tradesmen and for building us a quality home. Gabe was understanding and with some of our predicaments during our build and any issues got resolved quickly. We would highly recommend Kolak to anyone Service: Project management

Unresponsive to calls and emails. Their lack of communication has resulted in me not getting a house. I have also missed out on opportunities with other builders as I was told I had secured a property, only to be told 6 months later there was a 'mistake' in their database and the unit I chose was already selected by someone else - very unprofessional of them to mislead me. They provided a build contract for one unit and a land contract for a different unit...
