I had a booking that was meant to be on the Tuesday however I was on Holliday and when I spoke with the receptionist I have told her that I will call back to reconfirm so I can make some re arrangements with my Holliday and when I tried to call back the same day with no answer. I have been trying to call reception million times and had left a voicemail to confirm my appointment again with no answer and today being Monday after 100 calls this morning she had answered the phone call and all to tell me I dont have any booking as my booking has been re scheduled few months ahead and I Cant do nothing about it and after arguing with me over the phone she had hang up the phone. I had also asked if I can speak with the doctor and I got refused. What a rude receptionist!

I can not speak highly enough of Dr. Chos professionalism, bedside manner, and skills- it's unparralled! I can not fault my experience with her at all. From my initial consultation, to the surgery, to the recovery period and follow-ups, Dr. Cho have been nothing but amazing. As a patient I was taken care of, listened to, and completely put at ease by her. I am very happy with the results. I can not thank Dr Carolyn Cho enough! And very highly recommend her. Hands down BEST SURGEON.
