        ACT Endoscopy - professional, friendly, efficient. From the minute you step through the door you receive a warm welcome from reception. The nurses are great;, friendly, competent and caring. . Dr Jenny, Anaesthesiologist is friendly and you feel relaxed under her care. Dr Riddell is friendly, explains everything clearly, you feel at ease and confident and is on time, I highly recommend ACT Endoscopy. Thank you to everyone at ACT Endoscopy for a great experience.

        Fourth procedure with Dr Riddell today. Second time at ACT Endoscopy. A brilliant patient experience. Dr Ridell was his usual thorough, friendly and charming self, instilling great confidence. Anaesthetist Dr Jenny Ling was delightful and remarkably patient oriented and, as a bonus, inserts a canula with no pain sensation at all. All nursing and admin staff are extremely pleasant, responsive and attentive... Jill, Katie and others whose names I unfortunately missed. The facility is modern, bright, conveniently located and as comfortable as a medical facility could be expected to be. Again, a thoroughly pleasing patient experience. Thank you very much to everyone I encountered during my stay.
