        Terrible experience. Obstructive and uncaring. Left my disabled sister with access to her pension because they changed their software. As soon as possible will be getting *any* other bank- nothing could be worse than this.

        1/2 of 1/2 a star. Very conflicted with their authorisation, yet they are the worst offenders. Lost authorisation letters, unauthorized withdrawals of our accounts, not calling back after months of calling hq office. Then disclosing our circumstances without authorisation with a receptionist.
