We are very happy with the alu-clad, double glazed, timber windows and doors that Logikhaus has supplied for our certified passivhaus in Ryde, NSW. Harley and Jason have been easy to deal with, professional and very responsive to phone calls and emails, etc. Our windows and doors are beautiful to look at, passed the blower door test and were the most cost-effective, passivhaus certified option that I could find on the market. We have also been very happy with the after-sales support. I have no hesitation in recommending Logikhaus.

We replaced all the aluminium framed, non-thermally broken double-glazed windows and doors in our home with Logikhaus triple-glazed, thermally broken windows. Logikhaus worked with us in the ordering phase, and all the doors and windows arrived correctly sized and in good condition, packed on pallets in a container. Logikhaus technicians arrived after installation, checked and adjusted all the doors and windows, and replaced a damaged door seal. The house's thermal performance has markedly improved, which is very important as we are in a sub-alpine area.

Completely satisfied. My wife and I have recently moved into our new passivehaus built in country Victoria. We chose Logikhaus triple glazed windows and are very glad we did for the following reasons. First, I believe they were (and may still be) the only windows that are certified to passive house standards without being pretested. This feature saves time and money. Secondly, the size of the windows needed to be altered late in the project and Logikhaus quickly provided a quote for the altered windows and one which was very reasonable in circumstances where we were essentially committed to their windows given the late stage of the alteration. Thirdly, the windows arrived from Poland in very good time for the build, even though there were container ship supply problems worldwide at the time. Fourthly, the quality and functionality of the large windows is exceptional. They do take some getting used to but my wife is not strong in the wrists and has no difficulty opening, closing and sealing the largest doors or windows. Fifthly, the contract inclusive after-service has similarly been first class. One side door had ceased to be able to be locked and one window developed a very minor air leak. These were fixed at the first after service and all other doors and windows were inspected and given minor adjustments for what were, for us, imperceivable faults. Given the importance of the functionality of the windows to the passivehaus performance this is a huge comfort.
