Truly an absolute joke! They wiped all of customer data during an upgrade, of which their upgraded touchpad for online bookings will sometimes turn off, leaving you stuck in line and no one to contact. Today it didnt even register that I booked online, making me get a ticket and paying $24 for one day of parking. Its actually shocking how often things fall over here.

A pre-booked ticket will fail 50% of the time. Your bookings will disappear from the website. If you have to call customer service, you can sit at the gate for 20 minutes waiting for an operator

If I could give a 0 I would. machines break all the time and instead of being reasonable and lifting the gates they hold everyone hostage for an hour while they charge people at a single exit gate (even though most pay in advance). Greedy and horrible, do not park here if you can avoid it.

The worst carpark! Constant issues with the boom gates and exiting. Dont park here if youre in a hurry to leave or need to be somewhere on time.
