Dr Omar Gailani

I have found Dr Gailani to be wonderful. Very knowledgeable, gentle and patient. He explains everything well and found the cause of my mum's symptoms quickly, and gave effective treatment. His staff are also wonderfully helpful, kind and compassionate, helping to make a difficult experience as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend this practice.

Omar has been an incredible surgeon and has facilitated exceptional care throughout my treatment for endometriosis. However, I have had no luck with reception staff. They have no issues contacting me or responding to my calls/emails when it comes to billings, but when I require assistance or request them to send me my medical documentation after a follow up, I won't receive a response for weeks, even after multiple attempts to call/email and even attending the clinic as I can't get a response via email or call. I have a clinical background myself and I can appreciate how overwhelming it can be at times, but there needs to be improvement in management.

Ive only seen him once... today. He is brilliant. Very thorough, easy to talk to and much better than the first gynaecologist I went to. I would recommend. His nurse is so lovely and informative too.
