The pearl milk tea was diluted and pearls were mushy. The staff had poor knowledge of what they were selling. The manager was rude and argumentative when she got my order wrong. She refused to refund my difference and insisted she was right. No apology from her. Very bad customer service and dishonest business ethics! Had an extremely unpleasant experience. First and last, will not be back!

amazing bubble tea shop in Majura!!!Finally!!!! staffs are nice. I love their Cheese Top so muchhhhhhh will be there more often !

We came 10 minutes before the store closed, and everything was out away and the waitress was doing some final cleanup. When I asked her if we could order anything, we were told that the sugar machine broke and she couldnt make anything for us. First of all, we dont even put sugar in our drinks. But most importantly, bro what even is a sugar machine??? A machine that make sugar right in front of customer? Does it grow sugar canes inside?

Received a great customer service here Its my first time here. Staffs are patience to introduce their drinks. I love their cheese top cream milk tea ! Cheese top is sooooo yum
