        Bought a house from this guy and have had nothing by issues. Gas Fireplace has never worked. Have had to repair multiple leaks in dealing and was infirmary that flashing was not even installed. Not to mention the zero handover or communication after the purchase. Would never recommend and abuse to do your homework before using this guy.
